• Sian is a learning & development specialist with over 25 years operational, project management and strategic experience in training design & delivery, organization change, leadership development, senior team facilitation and coaching. She designs and delivers high-impact programmes to develop leadership capability, focus on real business challenges and increase the capacity of organizations to do business that has a positive impact in the world. ​
• Sian’s facilitation experience includes working with the sustainability steering group of a global electronics manufacturer to help them develop a roadmap to integrate sustainability with their business processes. She has designed sustainability simulations to generate awareness of the challenges and opportunities of developing sustainable business practices and has delivered experiential field-based leadership programmes focusing on social and environmental topics including waste management, pollution from industry, human rights, sustainable livelihoods, corporate responsibility and innovation. Sian has also worked extensively on leadership programmes that develop partnerships between community organizations/NGOs and corporate clients for mutual benefit. ​
