I have a passion for developing people, designing sustainable business models and embedding the Human Rights Due Diligence process across global supply chains.

I have travelled extensively, living and working in South Africa, eSwatini, Malawi, Zambia and Switzerland. Each move has brought about a change in role that has helped shape a deep understanding of how businesses can best address their impacts on rightsholders in their supply chains.

Prior to joining twentyfifty I worked for Japan Tobacco International for twelve years, ending my career as the Corporate Affairs VP for their Global Supply Chain.
