Larissa is an experienced senior consultant based in Berlin, Germany. She manages client projects for twentyfifty and regularly delivers and facilitates trainings, workshops and webinars on human rights due diligence and related subjects. She has project experience in the textile, tourism and technology sector and has supported the strategy development and implementation of various multi-stakeholder organisations in the field of business and human rights such as the German Partnership for Sustainable Textiles and the German Global Compact Network. Larissa has successfully completed SAI’s SA 8000 Introduction and Basic Auditor Training Course.
Larissa has previously worked for the Garment Industries Transparency Initiative and SI Sustainable Integrity in Berlin. She gained first work experience at the German Technical Cooperation Agency (now GIZ) in Ethiopia and the Berlin office of Human Rights Watch Germany. She has completed a Bachelor in International Relations at the University of Dresden and studied International Law at the Graduate Institute Geneva for her Masters degree. During her studies in Geneva, Larissa specialised in international human rights law and the human rights impact and obligations of non-state actors. Several longer study or work-related stays in Sub-Saharan Africa have provided her with in-depth knowledge about East and Southern Africa.
