Jenny is a Senior Consultant based in the UK with a diverse background in ethical trade and sustainability. She has worked across a number of industries including fashion, homewares, food, agriculture and property and has in country experience in India, China, Turkey, Portugal, Thailand, Vietnam, Bolivia and UK.
Prior to joining twentyfifty, Jenny worked for over 3 years as the Ethical Trading Manager for the retailer Oliver Bonas. She was responsible for developing the strategy, supply chain mapping and risk assessment processes and executing policies. Her day to day role involved tracking working conditions in supplier factories by managing the social auditing programme and developing factory improvements plans working collaboratively with suppliers both remotely and on the ground. She also has experience in Modern Slavery Act strategy and compliance and training for buying teams on responsible purchasing practices.
Before Oliver Bonas, Jenny worked at Associated British Foods as the Corporate Responsibility Executive for 3 years. Her experience there included project managing the annual Corporate Responsibility report, centralising ethical trade education, social impact measurement, market research and data analysis. She has a Bsc in Biological Studies from the University of Nottingham.
