As Director for the FMCG and retail sectors, I love supporting businesses that create a positive difference for the people who make, produce and deliver the products and ingredients that we enjoy. I have worked in supply chains for over 20 years, starting at Sainsbury’s as a buyer before moving to Sedex and then Marks and Spencer.  In my last role, I led sustainability and human rights for the Foods business.

Today I work with some of the world’s leading companies on projects ranging from defining their strategy through to rightsholder engagement.  I am the twentyfifty expert on responsible procurement and supply chains.  I really enjoy the variety and supporting companies to embed human rights and sustainable business. I am also Head Tutor for the Cambridge Institute of Sustainable Leadership ‘Sustainable Supply Chains’ short course and sit on the Advisory group of the UK UN Global Compact.

I have been lucky to meet workers and farmers across the world and am committed to striving for equality and fairness, which for me means sustainable supply chains and flourishing communities.
