As a value creating leader Claudio has supported and led companies globally through phases of strategic transformation for 20 years. Whether during turnarounds, post-merger integration or in setting-up new businesses, he is distinctly capable of working in complex and fast evolving environments and to manage diverse and international stakeholder groups.
During his time at McKinsey & Company he worked on several Marketing & Sales topics and was a member of their European Consumer Goods & Retail Practice. As an expert in consumer behaviour, brands and innovation, he understands the challenges international businesses are facing when they need to redesign processes and introduce step-change solutions.
For 10 years, he was acting in various group roles for one of the leading FTSE companies. He worked closely with its executive team and PLC board to define and communicate significant shifts in the company’s strategy as its Group Strategy and Innovation director. As CEO of its venture unit he was responsible for setting-up and growing a new business unit, which included production set-up in Asia as well as distribution and sales in several European markets.
Claudio has a passion for translating the opportunities of digitalisation into advanced business processes. He is currently CEO of Analyx, a pioneer in developing data science solutions for marketing and sales operations. Since 2006, leading companies (including nine of the DAX 30) have used its solution to optimise data-driven decisions regarding product-marketing and marketing spend effectiveness.
