Zielinski Before operating as an independent
consultant, Pamela led the development and implementation of Diageo’s
Corporate Citizenship for Suppliers Programme which included developing
a global standard for ethical business practice, human rights and environmental
impacts. Pamela applied a change management model to ensure that the programme
was supported internally using stakeholder engagement and launched effectively
through the procurement function to the 180 markets covered by the programme. Pamela draws on her HR expertise in change management,
organisation development and capability development and has supported
private and public sector organisations in the development of CSR strategy,
developed tools to support implementation and delivered training and workshops
internationally. Pamela is also a trained social auditor and was an assessor
for the 2006 BITC Supply Chain Award, sponsored by HBOS Bank. She has
published articles in the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply’s
Supply Management Magazine and HR Network as well as speaking at various
CSR conferences and events. In addition to her work in the FMCG sector, Pamela has also worked in the banking and utilities sectors. She has a degree in Psychology (University of St Andrews), a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources (University of Westminster) and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. |
