Luke Wilde

Luke has worked in leadership and organisational development for over 15 years, the last decade with a specific focus on corporate responsibility and sustainability.

He has a broad portfolio of experience that includes board-level engagements, multi-cultural and international teams, private and public sector and the United Nations.

A versatile consultant, he brings strong strategy and organization development skills, coaching experience, effective project management, and a reputation for leadership and innovation.

Recent engagements have included:

  • Mentoring a senior manager in a global mining company responsible for delivering a programme to engage suppliers in sustainable development
  • Contributing to Board-level dialogue in the energy industry into the environmental, social and governance risks associated with procurement of coal and bio-fuel
  • Preparing executive education for sales and marketing, operations and supply chain professionals in a global manufacturing company on corporate responsibility and sustainability

Prior to starting TwentyFifty Limited in 2004, Luke worked for the UN Staff College, PwC and London Underground.

In the late nineties, he was a senior management adviser to the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Mary Robinson, and helped establish the Business Leaders Initiative on Human Rights.

Luke holds a Diploma in Management Studies and an MA in Mathematics from Cambridge University.
