Cynthia Haddock Associate

Cynthia has over 25 years international experience of partnering top leaders and their teams as they develop organisation capabilities and change strategies to meet new and complex business challenges.

She was formerly Group Head of organisation Effectiveness for Shell and Director of Change for the World Bank; she has held senior positions in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

With her deep experience of working within global corporations and international institutions at senior levels, Cynthia understands the leadership challenges of initiating and implementing multi-faceted change, both within the enterprise and beyond its boundaries.

Through her focus on organisations as human systems and her understanding of the dynamics of change, she helps leaders to create the conditions that energise the organisation and builds ownership and capacity for sustainable change.

Recent consulting assignments have been with global companies in the oil, power and automation, and pharmaceuticals industries. Cynthia holds a Diploma in Human Resources from the London School of Economics and a BA in Social Sciences from Manchester University.
