Leadership and Learning | E-Learning

E-Learning provides clients with a powerful approach to spreading awareness and understanding of human rights-related risks and issues throughout their business. The methodology we use in our course designs ensures that learners engage thoroughly with the material and ideas in a challenging and interesting format which relates back directly to their working environment. Examples of our projects in this area include:

• We worked with Integrity Interactive to develop a business and human rights e-learning module for managers across Novartis.
• Between 2004 and 2007 we offered our own Introduction to Human Rights e-learning tools. These tools have been used by a range of companies, both as stand-alone training and as an introduction prior to attending workshop based training. Participating companies have included BAA, Vodaphone, BP and ING
• We assisted the UN Staff College to develop an e-learning course for the UN Global Compact, launched in July 2007
• The case study above (Supply Chain l Global sourcing of Agricultural Products) also refers to two e-learning programmes
